The Brief
Bausch + Lomb needed authentic customer testimonial content showcasing real
user experiences with their contact lens and eye care products. The goal:
create credible, relatable stories that felt genuine rather than overly
produced advertising.

Traveled to New Jersey to lead complete production from concept through delivery:
authenticity with brand quality
professional but natural feel
stories and product benefits
and digital display (horizontal)
Creative Execution
The visual approach kept things simple and honest; clean backgrounds, natural
lighting, letting real people’s stories take center stage. I focused on finding
genuine moments and emotional connections rather than scripted pitches.
